A Self-Managed Super Fund(SMSF) is a small superannuation fund controlled and managed by its members. Currently there can only be four members of a SMSF. Clients like to use these funds as they have direct control over their investments in the funds. The fund can have direct equities and real property as part of its investments along with other investments. Insurance protects the appropriate assets in the SMSF.
